MARINE PIPING WORK
Marine piping work is one of the main service provided by Golden Delta Engineering since we have been founded. We have been corporate with various marine engineering from oil and gas industry to construct or repair the piping system in their ship.
Golden Delta Engineering provided various piping work for marine including the construction, repair, and installment for the pipes. Our piping process will undergo three steps which are:
Fabrication
Welding
Hydro Test

Fabrication basically is the process of cutting, bending, and assembling of the raw materials or pipes, and it is also the very first process for marine piping construction.
Golden Delta Engineering provided the service of fabrication accordingly to the material and design provided for the customer for further process.
Welding

After the fabrication process, the pipe components will then be joined through welding process.
Golden Delta Engineering provided various qualified welding services for different pipe material including carbon steel, stainless steel, and copper nickel.
Hydro Test

After all the processing is done, hydro test will be carried out to ensure the welding process does not cause any leakage of the pipe.
Water will be filled fully into the pipe to reach certain pressure to simulate the situation on the ship, and investigate whether the pipe will be functional.
The testing need to be carried out before the pipe to be install on the ship to prevent any consequences.
